Privacy Policy

LaunchLand Inc. ("LaunchLand", "we", "our") operates a builder-first decision platform for Greater Toronto Area pre-construction real estate. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to launchland-blueprint-reveal.lovable.app and all related services.

• Account data — name, email, role (buyer, agent, builder, admin), and authentication identifiers.
• Lead data — contact details and preferences you submit when inquiring about a project.
• Builder data — company profile, team membership, project listings, floor plans, deposit structures, and uploaded media.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches, saved projects, and aggregated analytics.
• Device data — IP address, browser, and approximate location used for security and rate limiting.

• To operate the platform, including search, comparison, lead routing, and the Builder Portal.
• To verify builder identity and compute the LaunchLand trust score.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. new leads to builders, saved-project updates to buyers).
• To improve product quality, security, and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations applicable in Ontario and Canada.

Lead submissions are shared with the builder of the project you inquired about. We never sell personal information. We use a small number of processors (hosting, database, email delivery, mapping, and analytics) under contract; they may only process data on our instructions.

Account and builder data are retained while your account is active. Lead data is retained for up to 24 months after submission to support builder follow-up, unless deletion is requested earlier. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@launchland.com. You can also unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the link in each message. Ontario residents have additional rights under PIPEDA.

We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS), row-level security on our database, scoped API keys, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@launchland.com.
