By accessing or using LaunchLand you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

LaunchLand is an information and decision-support platform for GTA pre-construction projects. We are not a brokerage, not a developer, and we do not sell real estate. Listings are published by verified builders or aggregated from public sources for informational use only.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Builder accounts are subject to verification before listings are published.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secret.

Builders retain ownership of content they upload (project data, floor plans, media) and grant LaunchLand a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of the platform. Builders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must update pricing, deposit terms, and availability promptly when they change.

• Scraping, reselling, or republishing LaunchLand data without written permission.
• Submitting false leads, automated form submissions, or spam.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Misrepresenting yourself as another builder, agent, or buyer.

Information on LaunchLand — including the LaunchLand trust score, price ranges, and floor plans — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a licensed professional before signing a purchase agreement.

LaunchLand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, LaunchLand Inc.'s aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to CAD $100.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time via the Builder Portal settings or by emailing us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
